Seattle Synchronized Swim Team (SSST), the most successful club of its kind in the Pacific Northwest, will be holding a free “Try Synchro” day at Redmond Pool on Saturday, Nov. 5 from 3-4 p.m.

The event is open to kids ages 6-12 able to swim one lap of crawl stroke and one lap of breast stroke.
