Registration is now open for the RAC (Redmond Athletic Club) to Redhook Fitness Runs on Sunday, July 18 and Sunday, Aug. 22.

Participants will begin at 10 a.m. at the RAC, 8709 161st Ave. NE in Redmond and will run or walk 4.5 miles to the Redhook Brewery, 14300 NE 145th St. in Woodinville, stopping each mile to take a fitness challenge led by a personal trainer. Families and individuals of all fitness levels are welcome.

Each registrant will receive a short sleeved technical t-shirt and goodie bag. Lunch and beverages will be provided at the end of the run.

Early registration fee is $25. Day-of-run registration is $35.
