It’s running time for the Redmond High boys and girls cross country teams and community members.

The RHS cross country booster club will sponsor the Redmond Community 5K and 1K Fun Run on Aug. 25 at Hartman Park, 17300 NE 104th St.

Alumni, students, teachers and families with children are welcome to join the RHS team members are they run through the scenic trails of Hartman Park.

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., the 5K race starts at 10 a.m. and the Kids’ 1K Fun Run begins at 10:45 a.m. Pre-registration is not required.

Suggested donation is $15 per runner or $40 per family. All proceeds support the RHS cross country teams.
