Redmond baseball beats Interlake; Milloy throws second no-hitter

Redmond’s David Gibons had three hits and two RBIs to lead the Mustangs to a 12-3 baseball win over Interlake on Friday.

Redmond got one hit and one RBI each from Daniel Jaffe, Wil Helland and Noa Astorga and one RBI each from Alex Astorga and Cameron Allenshipman.

• Redmond softball defeated Mercer Island, 16-0, on Friday.

Kiki Milloy threw her second consecutive no-hitter of the season and went 3-for-5 with a double. Haley Hanson was 2-for-3, Mara Kipnis was 2-for-3 and Jen Cummings was 1-for-3 with a triple.
