Tomorrow at 6 a.m., 144 women — most of them wearing red — will begin arriving at The Golf Club at 11825 Trilogy Pkwy N.E. on Redmond Ridge for the 6th annual Golf Fore Red tournament.

The tournament sold out four months ago. This event raises awareness of heart disease among women while raising funds for The Hope Heart Institute.

The parade of carts — several of which are expected to be decorated — is scheduled for 8:30 a.m., followed by a shotgun start. During the awards luncheon, scheduled for around 1:30 p.m., actress and comedienne Tracey Conway, who was brought back to life from sudden cardiac arrest while at a TV studio, will talk about her life-altering experience. Unannounced surprise guests will also be part of the program.
