• Jr. Andrea Larson, Soph. Sierra Bilginer, F: Fast and agile, they have the ability to create their own shots and challenge opposing defenses.
• Srs. Danielle Bierman, Caitlin Dahl, Karin Hokanson, MF: Trio of senior midfielders work well together and add to the Mustangs’ depth.
• So. Marianna Castro, GK: Big shoes to fill after graduation of three-year starter Jessica Larson, but off to a great start after 1-0 shutout win.

A lifelong Redmond native, Coach Scheibe graduated from Redmond High in 1979 and met his wife while at the school. The Scheibes have two kids, Jordan and Ian, who both played soccer for the Mustangs.
BIG GAME
• Sept. 25 vs. Skyline, 7:30 p.m.: The Spartans are perennial league favorites that return excellent talent. The Mustangs are looking to have their playoff berth secured before this final game of the regular season.

• Jr. Adrianna Gildner, F: First-team all-league player, a speedy forward who led the team last year in points with 12 goals, 13 assists
• Jr. Tess Edenholm, MF/F: Solid player with great touch and vision returns to Overlake after a year off. Led team in assists with nine as a freshman.
• Soph. Meredith Adams, D/MF: Last year’s league Rookie of the Year is a speedy wing player and strong one-on-one defender.
• Jr. Kelsey D’Ewart, D: Strong vocal leader in the backfield makes sound soccer decisions on the field.
• Sr. Kerri Smith, MF/F: Excellent wide player with great passion and attacking prowess.

• Soph. Alex Berg, F/MF: Great field presence, works well on and off the ball

• Soph. Caroline Bridgewater, M/F: Led team in assists last season, a young, growing talent.
