Otis Ray Flippin

Otis Ray Flippin, 87 passed away July 31, 2010 in Mount Vernon, WA. He was born August 17, 1922 in Ardmore, OK to the late William Henry and Clara Gray Flippin. Otis was a WWII veteran serving with the U.S. Navy Seabees and a proud member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters locals 32 and 367. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Lula and daughter Phyllis. Survivors include his children Ray Flippin of Redmond, WA, Judy Anderson of Slidell, LA, Keith Flippin of Concrete, WA, David Flippin of Concrete, WA; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Graveside services will be Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 2:30 pm at Cedar Lawns Memorial Park, 7200 180th NE, Redmond, WA.
