Molly Ann Abbott Case

10/4/89 – 9/27/09

Our sweet Molly Ann, 19, unexpectedly passed away September 27, 2009. Molly was born and raised in Redmond, Washington where she attended Redmond High School. She moved to Provo, Utah the second semester of her senior year where she attended and graduated from Timpview High School in May 2008. In the fall of 2008 she attended Utah Valley University. She married Richard Case Jr. on March 16th 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada surrounded by family and friends. Rich and Molly recently purchased their first home in Provo, UT where they shared their love and joy. She worked nearby at Allen’s bakery. Molly loved skiing, tennis, camping, the mountains, sunshine and the out of doors. She ski raced for 6 years for the Stevens Pass Alpine Club, in Washington. She played varsity tennis for Redmond High School and enjoyed soccer and basketball. She loved her husband, her family and spending time with her many friends and relatives. She adored her new puppies Daisy and Doogie and her new found love of cooking and taking care of their new home.Molly had the ability to make everyone around her happy with her infectious smile and laughter. She was a very compassionate person who always put others before herself. The joy and sunshine she brought into all of our lives will be greatly missed. She is survived by her loving husband Rich Case (Provo, UT), her parents Greg and Marsha Abbott (Redmond) and her sister Lonnie Abbott (also of Redmond). Her grandparents Tom and Joanne Flynn (Bellevue), her grandmother Ann Abbott (Kirkland), Her aunt and uncle Tom and Lori Flynn (Maple Valley) and many other loving relatives. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday October 23, 2009 at 3:00 pm at St. Thomas Episcopal Church located at 8398 NE 12th St, Medina, WA 98039. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Molly’s love for animals, to Seattle Humane Society (www.SeattleHumane.org).
