Laurie R. Monterey of Redmond WA passed on June 21, 2023 due to cancer. She was born to Douglas and Dora Lee Fugitt in Seattle, WA on 11/19/53.

She grew up and attended schools in Kirkland WA, Whatcom college and Western Univ.

Laurie worked for Overlake Hospital Medical Center and attended Faith Lutheran in Redmond WA.

Laurie is deeply missed by her husband Kerry Monterey, daughter Carla, sons Kerry Jr. and Fernando, Glenda and grandkids Conrad and William, “Tata”, and sisters Sylvia of Alaska and Lynda of Seattle.
