Charles S. “Jake” Williams age 87, passed away Friday, April 26th, 2019 peacefully at his home in Snohomish, Washington. He was born May 17, 1931 in Redmond, Washington.

A Logger, he grew up in the tall timber stands of Washington. He served in the US Army stationed in Germany, later returning to Redmond where he married the love of his life, Edith Cook. They were married 64 years.

She survives him along with their four children: Stan, Mike, Dan and Laura. Five Grandchildren: Lisa, Amy, Kyle, Sarah and Katie-Marie, a Great-grandchild Sophia and Sons in law, Hud, Paul and Teagin. Throughout his life he worked hard, loved good political banter and a stiff drink of whiskey and water while finishing his night with a song.

A memorial to celebrate his life will be held May 7, 2:00 p.m. at Cedar Lawns Funeral home in Redmond, Washington.
