Woman who worked in Redmond found dead in Bellevue condominium

On June 17 at approximately 11:54 a.m., a 35-year-old female was found dead in her condominium located in the 12700 block of Northeast 10th Place in Bellevue.

On June 17 at approximately 11:54 a.m., a 35-year-old female was found dead in her condominium located in the 12700 block of Northeast 10th Place in Bellevue.

Foul play is suspected and the investigation continues at this time, according to Bellevue police.

Co-workers became worried on Monday morning when the female did not show up for work in Redmond. A co-worker went to the victim’s residence and found the woman dead inside her condo. Bellevue Police officers and fire department medics responded immediately after the 9-1-1 call. All occupants of the residence have been accounted for.

The incident appears to be an isolated incident with no immediate threat to the neighbors or the community.

This is the first homicide in Bellevue in 2013. Last year, there were two homicides; one resulted in a conviction and the other one is pending trial.

The King County Medical Examiner will release the name of the victim after their examination. Immediate family has been notified.
