Waste Management (WM) will hold a touch-a-truck event from 2-5 p.m. tomorrow at Regal Cinemas Bella Bottega Stadium 11 Movie Theater (8890 161st Ave. N.E.) in partnership with Paramount Studios to promote “Transformers: Age of Extinction.”

Attendees can get up close to compressed natural gas (CNG) trucks. In addition to being equipped with several technological features, and operating on a clean-burning fuel, the truck also has a limited-print decal on the side that illustrates a WM truck casting the shadow of its character (to be unveiled later).

This “truck tour” event is aimed at encouraging “Transformers” fans and the public to start seeing vehicles on the road a little differently. Unlike traditional diesel trucks, CNG vehicles:

• Reduce greenhouse gas emissions by more than 21 percent

• Run quieter

• Lower fuel use by an average of 8,000 gallons per year
