The Washington Fire Chiefs endorsed Sen. Andy Hill for re-election in a top-tier race for the State Senate in the 45th Legislative District. Hill is recognized as a supporter of public safety in the legislature for protecting the state’s commitment to provide for those who serve the community.

“Our community firefighters put their lives at risk for us and it will be especially important to work together to protect them in the upcoming budget discussion,” stated Hill.

As Chair of Ways and Means, Hill worked with firefighter advocates to maintain the state’s commitments to those who serve while passing a long-term sustainable budget.
