The police blotter feature is both a description of a small selection of police incidents and a statistical roundup of all calls to the Redmond Police Department that are dispatched to on-duty police officers. Wednesday, Feb. 5

Vehicle prowls: Officers responded to four vehicle prowl reports. Two were from Grass Lawn and two were  from Education Hill. A computer, journal and cash were among the items taken.

Disorderly conduct: At 12:11 p.m., a suspect caused a disturbance inside a business in the 8300 block of 164th Avenue Northeast on Education Hill.

Closed account: At 10:26 a.m., it was reported that vehicle was purchased in the 8200 block of Avondale Way on Education Hill using a check from a closed account.

Suspicious circumstance: At 9:21 a.m., a complainant in the 8000 block of 165th Lane Northeast on Education Hill thought she heard some noise by her garage and front door and called the police thinking it was a burglary in progress.

Disorderly conduct: Redmond police arrested a man at 8:47 a.m. for making a disturbance on a metro bus in the 15500 block of Northeast 36th Street in Overlake. He was booked into jail.
