Vicki Todd of Redmond recently released a visual memoir, “Unstuck: One Heroine’s Journey of Art and the Courage to Live on Purpose.”
In this book, she tells her story of “flipping” her life twice from a non-working wife in a failing marriage who lost a baby she wasn’t meant to conceive, to a university professor resigning from her tenured position to follow her bliss of art. Todd illustrates her journey of self discovery through a series of self portraits she painted while pursuing her calling.
Todd recently moved to Redmond and became the executive director of VALA Eastside, a nonprofit arts organization in Redmond, last month.
