The planned State Route 520 weekend construction closure for Feb. 10-13 is canceled and work planned for that weekend will be postponed to the weekend of Feb. 24-27.

Snow and ice storms Jan. 16-20 prevented crews from building support piers needed for future lids and overpasses at Bellevue Way Northeast and 84th Avenue Northeast. Up to three dozen massive concrete girders instead will be installed the weekend of Feb. 24-27, and demolition at Evergreen Point Road previously planned for that last weekend in February will be rescheduled.
