Theft: Redmond police took a theft report at 12:39 p.m. in the 15900 block of Northeast 85th Street. Officers responded to the library to take a report regarding a stolen tablet computer a few days before at a local restaurant.
Theft: Redmond police took a report of a theft from a motor vehicle at 12:13 p.m. in the 8300 block of 167th Avenue Northeast. Speakers were stolen from a vehicle parked in front of a residence. There was no sign of forced entry.
Monday, Jan. 4
Shoplifting: Redmond police took a shoplifting report at 7:17 p.m. in the 7400 block of 166th Avenue Northeast.
Theft: Redmond police took a theft report at 11:37 a.m. in the 15800 block of Northeast 106th Court. A Seahawks flag and pole were stolen from the front of the residence.
Sunday, Jan. 3
Burglary: Redmond police took a residential-burglary report at 11:25 a.m. in the 17700 block of Northeast 90th Street. An apartment door was pried open.
Theft: Redmond police took a report of a cell-phone theft from a store at 10:46 a.m. in the 7500 block of 166th Avenue Northeast.

Theft: Redmond police took a report of a theft from a motor vehicle at 5:04 p.m. in the 14800 block of Northeast 75th Street. A bag was stolen.
Car prowl: Redmond police took a car-prowl report at 3:56 a.m. in the 10600 block of 161st Court Northeast.
Friday, Jan. 1
Malicious mischief: Redmond police took a malicious-mischief report for a broken truck window at 4:13 p.m. in the 17200 block of Northeast 104th Street.
Traffic collision: Redmond police took a non-injury, hit-and-run report at 2:03 p.m. in the 7900 block of 178th Place Northeast. The driver was identified, contacted and cited.
Thursday, Dec. 31
Shoplifting: Redmond police took a report of a serial shoplifter at 6:33 p.m. at a store in the 17700 block of Northeast 76th Street.
Burglary: Redmond police took a residential-burglary report at 5:06 p.m. in the 16600 block of Northeast 108th Place. An apartment door had likely been kicked in and an iPad, cash and backpacks were stolen.
