The Redmond Senior Center (RSC) First Friday Coffee Chat on Nov. 5 will feature Rebecca Meredith, Redmond’s own Poet Laureate. The chat takes place from 10-11 a.m. in the Fireplace Lounge of RSC, 8703 160th Ave NE.

Meredith is the city’s first Poet Laureate, a position established to promote the literary arts through workshops, public readings and special events throughout the city. At the coffee chat, she will read from her works, discuss poetry and answer questions.
