Qdoba Mexican Grill located at 15946 Redmond Way, Redmond was closed by a Public Health food inspector at 11:40 a.m. Monday, Sept. 20 “due to the imminent health hazard of no available hot water to hand sinks.”
According to Lisa McBeth, director of operations at Qdoba Mexican Grill, “the lack of available hot water in the restaurant’s hand sinks (was) caused by a mechanical failure. Hot water was restored to the restaurant and the location was reopened the same evening, Sept. 20.”
