King County prosecutors have filed a felony charge against a Redmond man accused of fleeing to Morocco with his 4-year-old son, according to a seattlepi.com report.

Prosecutors contend Mouad Aimane Elbou took his then-wife and child to Morocco earlier this year, then refused to allow his son to return to the United States. Elbou, a 28-year-old Moroccan citizen, is also alleged to have drained the family’s bank accounts while abroad, according to the report.
