Construction continues to progress at Trailside, a new 43-unit apartment building at Emerald Heights, a type-A life-care senior living community in Redmond.

Concrete has been poured for the sidewalk surrounding the apartment homes. The building is starting its final months of construction, as windows have been secured and balconies are being developed.

Currently at 81 percent reserved, Trailside continues to receive prospective residents’ interest.The apartment homes will feature fully equipped and modern kitchens, optional gas fire places, underground parking and landscape views.

Emerald Heights broke ground for Trailside in July 2013 to add homes to its 38-acre wooded campus. The Trailside expansion is scheduled for completion in fall 2014.
