Office thief: A man reported that his laptop was stolen from his desk at his office, which is located in the 14800 block of Northeast 31st Street.

Theft: Pepper spray, a taser and $1,500 in cash were among the items stolen from a vehicle in the 4200 block of West Lake Sammamish Parkway.

Sunday, June 8

Hurt and then hauled away: Redmond Police investigated a fourth-degree assault in a trailer park in a 11400 block of Avondale Road. The victim had a felony warrant from King County. He was taken to King County Jail by King County deputy officers. The suspect of the assault was not found.

Saturday, June 7

Car prowl: Redmond police responded to a car prowl in progress in the 3400 block of West Lake Sammamish Parkway. The suspect, who punched out the driver’s side door lock, took off in a car after a witness alarmed him. The witness provided partial license plate numbers. The suspect was not found.

Assault: A man was arrested for assaulting his wife at their residence in the 17200 block of Northeast 119th Way.

Game over: A Redmond gaming company, located in the 18500 block of Northeast Union Hill Road, reported that a unique historical gaming console was stolen. The console was to be placed in the company museum.

Thursday, June 5

Blackout: Redmond Police stopped a vehicle in the 8400 block of 160th Avenue Northeast for driving with no lights on. The driver was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. The driver was arrested, booked and later released from jail.

Fraud: The president of a business, located in the 7500 block of 185th Avenue Northeast, reported that an employee forged checks and altered the account books over a three-month period. The amount of loss is estimated to be over $100,000.

Crash and burn: A man reported that he was assaulted after he got into a minor traffic accident with the suspect in the 12400 block of Willows Road.
