Threats: An elementary student threatened to shoot another student with his father’s gun. Both students, who attend school in the 7800 block of 172nd Place Northeast, were suspended from school.
Monday, Sept. 8
Purse snatcher: Two suspects took a purse out of a woman’s shopping cart at store in the 15000 block of Northeast 24th Street.
Burglary: Police responded to a report of a burglary at a construction site in the 4600 block of 150th Avenue Northeast. Sometime over the weekend, somebody entered one of the buildings on site and stole several construction tools and computer equipment.
Computer deleted: A man’s laptop computer was stolen from a meeting room at a business in the 15500 block of Northeast 31st Street.
Sunday, Sept. 7
Harassment: Police responded to a possible domestic violence incident in the 18600 block of Redmond Way. Officers learned that a man had threatened his girlfriend and then took off.
Saturday, Sept. 6
Drug possession: Police investigated a suspicious circumstances call involving a vehicle in the 3600 block of West Lake Sammamish Parkway. Police found the vehicle and approached the owner. Police later arrested the owner for possession of cocaine and “other criminal violations,” according to the police report.
Friday, Sept. 5
Shotgun search: A man was arrested for driving under the influence in the 17700 block of Northeast 76th Street. Police searched his vehicle and found an unloaded shotgun. The man was a foreign national without an alien firearms card. He was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm.
Thursday, Sept. 4
What’s that smell?: Police responded to a complaint about the smell of marijuana at an apartment complex in the 8900 block of 160th Avenue Northeast. The suspects handed over their marijuana and admitted to smoking it just minutes before police officers arrived.
Wednesday, Sept. 3
Mystery theft: A woman who lives in the 15800 block of Northeast 90th Street reported that her vehicle was stolen from her apartment carport. She claims her vehicle was locked and had an alarm, but she said she did not hear anything.
