Paving on Trilogy Parkway N.E. begins this week

King County's Roads Services Division will begin paving work on Trilogy Parkway Northeast starting Monday.

King County’s Roads Services Division will begin paving work on Trilogy Parkway Northeast starting Monday.

The work will be split into two phases.

Phase 1: Weather permitting, work is planned for Sept. 10-21 along Trilogy Parkway Northeast from Northeast 126th Street to Northeast Novelty Hill Road.

Phase 2: Weather permitting, work is planned for Sept. 17-29 along Trilogy Parkway Northeast from 232nd Avenue Northeast to Northeast 126th Street.

Because there is a median along Trilogy Parkway Northeast from Northeast 126th Street to Northeast Novelty Hill Road, traffic will be alternated along one side of the median for the entire length of the project so the contractor can pave on the opposite side. Drivers should expect long delays during the first phase of work. Motorists are strongly encouraged to use alternate routes between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.

There is no median on Trilogy Parkway Northeast and 232nd Avenue Northeast, so traffic disruptions should be minimal during the second phase of work.

More details about the paving work, including schedule updates, are available on the project website, www.kingcounty.gov/paving. For questions about this project, contact Ashley DeForest, community relations planner, at (206) 263-9770 or community.relations@kingcounty.gov.
