Pacific Science Center’s Camps for Curious Minds program will be taking place at The Overlake School (20301 N.E. 108th St., Redmond) beginning July 8.
Camps are suitable for grades 1-8, and campers will build a telescope and observe the night sky at Astroblast; learn basic first aid and explore the science of firefighting and rescue during Firefighter Academy; accept the mission at Spy Science and conduct experiments to reveal counterfeit currency, decipher secret codes and detect poisonous substances; or dive beneath the water’s surface to explore the science of submersible robots during Underwater Robotics.
Drop-off takes place between 8:15 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. each day; camp activities begin promptly at 8:30 a.m.
