According to coach Mike Davidson, 13 players and four coaches are working with the Yakima Valley Habitat for Humanity to help build two homes for families in Yakima.
“We are staying on the floor of the Methodist Church here, cooking for ourselves and got our shower for the week this afternoon at the YMCA,” he said. “Our program has done a trip like this every other year since 2012, when our service trip was to the Dominican Republic. In 2014, we rehabilitated two Little League fields in Stockton, Calif.”
