Malsch’s sentencing is scheduled for July 1

Robert Malsch, who pleaded guilty as charged to vehicular homicide — DUI, felony hit and run and reckless driving in Redmond in February 2015, according to the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, will be sentenced on July 1.

He faces a sentence range of 95 to 125 months in prison, and prosecutors will recommend a sentence of 125 months. Sentencing is scheduled for 1 p.m. before Judge Mary Roberts in courtroom in W-905 of the King County Courthouse.
