Marijuana: A man was observed at 10:01 p.m. smoking marijuana in public in the 15800 block of Bear Creek Parkway downtown.

Theft of vehicle parts: At 6:50 p.m., Redmond police investigated the report of a stolen vehicle plate from the 17000 block of Northeast 110th Way on Education Hill.

Hit and run: At 5:59 p.m., Redmond police investigated a hit and run traffic collision in the 8000 block of 161st Avenue Northeast downtown.

Fraud: Officers investigated a credit card fraud report at 5:31 p.m. from the 16000 block of Northeast 95th Court on Education Hill.

Theft: A Kirkland resident contacted police at 12:04 p.m. to report his handgun either lost or stolen in the City of Redmond.
