The Heartbeat Serving Wounded Warriors organization will sponsor a Veteran’s Day Christmas Stocking drive from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11 at Avondale Bible Church, 17010 Avondale Road NE in Woodinville.

Bring cheer to wounded warriors at Christmas by donating gifts, gadgets and goodies, or monetary donations to help purchase items for the stockings.

Suggested donations include handheld games, Xbox or Wii games, DVDs, CDs, movie certificates, restaurant certificates, gift cards for grocery stores, Christmas candy or snacks such as trail mix, nuts, popcorn, dried fruits, protein bars, beef jerky and canned fruit.
