All those who care about Redmond’s urban forests can help by volunteering to remove invasive plants and plant native trees and shrubs to re-establish a healthy forest and mitigate carbon in the atmosphere. No experience is necessary and gloves, tools and other materials are available. It is important to dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes. All ages are welcome, although all volunteers younger than 18 must either be accompanied by an adult or bring a signed waiver (available at www.greenredmond.org, on the Volunteer Schedule page).

This event is part of the Last Saturday of the Month program from Green Redmond. The remaining events will take place on the following days and parks.
