The Green Redmond Partnership and Forterra will hold the fourth annual Green Redmond Day from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday at Westside Park, Viewpoint Park and Idylwood Park.

Volunteers are invited to plant trees and help keep the forest healthy and green. All ages are welcome and no experience is necessary. Organizers will have gloves and tools for volunteers to use, as well as coffee and snacks to get the morning started.

Volunteers should dress for the weather and wear sturdy, closed-toed shoes that can get dirty. Help reduce waste by bringing a reusable water bottle and a coffee mug to be filled.

Volunteers under age 15 should be accompanied by an adult.
