Tuesday, June 17
Marijuana: Redmond police arrested an underage adult male at 2:33 a.m. for marijuana possession in the 12300 block of Red-Wood Road on Education Hill.
Monday, June 16
DUI: Redmond police arrested a driver at 10:11 p.m. for driving under the influence at Northeast 51st Street and 148th Avenue Northeast in Overlake.
Burglary: At 1:53 p.m., Redmond police investigated a residential burglary from the 15800 block of Northeast 92nd Way on Education Hill, in which the suspect appeared to have entered through an open second-story window.
Vandalism: At 11:04 a.m., graffiti was painted in one of the restrooms at a park in the 17200 block of Northeast 104th Street on Education Hill. No suspect information is available at this time. A report was taken for documentation purposes.
Vehicle prowls: Redmond police investigated two vehicle prowl reports from Education Hill at 10:50 a.m. and 11:02 a.m. No suspect information is available at this time.
Harassment: Redmond police arrested a man at 7:30 a.m. following a dispute with his girlfriend in the 18300 block of Northeast 98th Way on Education Hill.
Saturday, June 14
Shoplifting: Two reports were taken for shoplifting. The first came at 2:15 p.m. from Overlake. The suspect was confronted by loss prevention as he exited the store. The suspect gave the stolen property back and walked away westbound toward Bellevue. The second came at 6:46 p.m. from downtown.
Vehicle prowl: Redmond police investigated three car prowls. Two were from Education Hill and one was from downtown.
Fraud: At 9:10 a.m., it was reported that an unknown suspect used the victim’s name to open a Sears’ department store credit card and made fraudulent charges with it.
Friday, June 13
Vehicle prowl: Redmond police responded to two car prowl reports. The first came from Overlake at 12:52 p.m. The second came at 10:46 p.m. from downtown.
Fraud: Officers responded to two fraud reports from Grass Lawn. The first came at 7:53 a.m. and involved fraudulent credit card activity and the use of the victims credit card number to make purchases. The second came at 8:27 a.m. involving an online fraud attempt.
Thursday, June 12
Shoplifting: Redmond police responded to two reports of shoplifting. The first came from Overlake at 5:02 p.m. The second came at 7:28 p.m. from a grocery store downtown.
Theft of vehicle parts: Officers took a report of a stolen license plate at 6:47 p.m. from the 15100 block of Northeast 90th Street in Grass Lawn.
Theft: Redmond police investigated a theft at 6:17 p.m. at a residence in the 6000 block of 143rd Court Northeast in Grass Lawn.
Found missing person: A report was taken for a located missing person at 12:10 p.m. from the 4800 block of 158th Court Northeast in Overlake.
Stolen goods: A complainant in the 7700 block of 134th Avenue Northeast in Grass Lawn reported at 10:38 a.m. that they bought a stolen iPad from a seller using “OfferUp.”
