Global Inflight Products in Redmond was recently received a “Best in Show” award at the International Flight Services Association (IFSA) Annual Conference and Exhibition, held at the Washington State Conference Center in Seattle.

The company, which develops produces for the airline industry, was recognized for its commitment to the planet and going green. The company displayed its newest collections, including its “Green is Possible” line, which is encourages airlines to use biodegradable products made out of natural materials such as corn and bamboo and reduce their carbon footprint.

Designed by Paulina Chalita, the company’s booths were also made of 100 percent earth friendly materials such as cardboard.

Global Inflight Products received its the blue ribbon prize as the result of the vote of conference attendees. Those votes were based on corporate image, product innovation, design and creativity of the booth.
