Former Microsoft senior program manager pleads not guilty to rape charges

Vineet Kumar Srivastava, who was charged with second-degree rape of a Microsoft Corp. janitor last month, was arraigned this morning and entered a not-guilty plea to the charges, according to a press secretary for the King County Prosecuting Attorney Office. A case setting hearing is scheduled for Sept. 10 for the 36-year-old former Microsoft senior program manager.
