The Redmond Senior Center’s (RSC) First Friday Coffee Chat on Feb. 3 will feature Redmond Medic One firefighter and paramedic Mark Donnell.

The chat will be from 10-11 a.m. in the Fireplace Lounge at the RSC, 8703 160th Ave. N.E.

Donnell will discuss the training needed to become a paramedic and answer questions on hands-only CPR and other ways to save a life.

The First Friday Coffee Chats occur on the first Friday of every month. The March guest will be Jerome Jin of the city’s recycling program and April’s guest will be Jeff Swanson from the Redmond Police Department’s traffic division.
