The Secretary of State and King County Elections certified the final results for the Aug. 2 primary on Aug. 16. The general election will take place on Nov. 8.
Here are the local results:
For lieutenant governor, the 48th Legislative District’s Cyrus Habib, who prefers the Democratic Party, led the 11-candidate field with 22.26 percent (294,641 votes). He will face Marty McClendon, who prefers the Republican Party and garnered 19.17 percent (253,714 votes), in the general election.
For U.S. Representative Congressional District 1, incumbent Suzan DelBene, who prefers the Democratic Party, led with 53.55 percent (77,756 votes) and will face Robert Sutherland of the Republican Party, who notched 30.97 percent (44,970 votes), in November.
For Legislative District 45 Representative Position 1, incumbent Roger Goodman, who prefers the Democratic Party, and Ramiro Valderrama of the Republican Party will face off in November. Goodman had 61.60 percent (17,801 votes) and Valderrama had 38.19 percent (11,035 votes) in the primary.
For Legislative District 45 Representative Position 2, incumbent Larry Springer, who prefers the Democratic Party, had 95.41 percent (21,017 votes). There were 1,011 write-in votes (4.59 percent).
For Legislative District 48 Representative Position 1, incumbent Patty Kuderer of the Democratic Party had 73.84 percent (17,504 votes) and will face off with Michelle Darnell, who prefers the Libertarian Party and garnered 25.81 percent (6,117 votes), in the general election.
For Legislative District 48 Representative Position 2, incumbent Joan McBride, who prefers the Democratic Party, had 77.21 percent (18,157 votes) and will face off with Ben Phelps of the Libertarian Party, who garnered 22.34 percent (5,254 votes), in November.
