Drivers should expect more nighttime delays on SR 520 and SR 202 in Redmond this week as crews continue work to widen SR 520. The closures will allow crews to demolish overpass edges on SR 520 at SR 202 and NE 76th Street. Signed detours will be in place for all closures.
• Monday, Aug. 31
Westbound SR 520 at Avondale Road will be closed from 9 p.m.- 5 a.m. Traffic will be detoured onto NE 76th Street.
The flyover ramp from SR 202 to westbound SR 520 will be closed at the same time. Traffic will be detoured to the SR 202/NE 76th Street intersection, where a police officer will direct traffic.
• Tuesday, Sept. 1
Westbound SR 520 at Avondale Road will be closed from 9 p.m.- 5 a.m. Traffic will be detoured onto NE 76th Street.
All but one lane in each direction of SR 202 near SR 520 will be closed from 9 p.m.-5 a.m.
• Wednesday, Sept. 2
Eastbound SR 520 will be closed between SR 202 and Avondale Road from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Traffic will be detoured onto 180th Avenue NE.
All but one lane in each direction of SR 202 near SR 520 will be closed from 9 p.m.-5 a.m
• Thursday, Sept. 3
