The End of School Bash, from 3-9 p.m. Friday, June 19, is an opportunity for Redmond teens to celebrate an academic year well done.

The free event takes place on the lawn of Redmond City Hall, 15670 NE 85th St.

Clubs from Redmond High School (RHS) and Redmond Junior High (RJH) will run traditional carnival games such as “ring toss,” “feed the animal,” “pin the tail on the donkey,” “balloon pop” and “penny toss” as well as ping-pong and Twister.

Musicians from RHS and RJH will perform, including the band Kung Fu Grip which features members of Universal Soul. Music will range from folk/acoustic to rock and hip-hop.

Food vendors such as Johnnie’s Dog House will also be at the bash.
