Emerald Heights, a Type A life care community for senior living, is hosting its annual open house for potential new residents and members of the community from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on June 28.
Guests will be able to explore the $60 million expansion including the new fitness center specifically designed for seniors, auditorium for special events and presentations and restaurant-style dining venues.
In addition, the fall, Emerald Heights will welcome Trailside, a 43-unit apartment community.
Emerald Heights’ new dining venues add more choices for residents. The menus vary from wood-fired pizza to artisanal cheeses in Copper & Hook, to fresh-made salads and homestyle comfort foods in Madrona, to five-course dining elegance in Embers. The professional culinary team offers fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Emerald Heights also offers an onsite health services clinic as well as The Corwin Center. The clinic is Medicare-certified and includes three exam rooms. An advanced registered nurse practitioner (ARNP) is on staff five days a week and many residents utilizing the clinic as a primary care facility. The clinic also provides residents access to a private-practice medical doctors two days s week. The Corwin Center offers residents complete continuum of care services including short- and long-term skilled nursing, assisted living and onsite memory care.
Self-guided tours of the various apartment homes are available. In addition, guests will enjoy cuisine from the new dining options added to the community. This will be the first open house at Emerald Heights since its renovations last year. This event is free and open to the public.
