Trespassing: Redmond police arrested an adult male for trespassing at 3:31 p.m. at a business in the 17200 block of Redmond Way. He had previously been trespassed from the business.

Arson: The Redmond Fire Department put out a structure fire at 2:53 a.m. in the 8000 block of 164th Avenue Northeast. The fire was at an abandoned espresso stand on the site of the old Arco station. The fire department is investigating.

Sunday, June 28

Fraud: Redmond police took a fraud report at 10:33 a.m. in the 8600 block of Avondale Road. The victim reported that an unknown suspect somehow obtained the victim’s personal information and used it to create a fraudulent credit card account.

Malicious mischief: Redmond police arrested a male adult for third-degree domestic-violence malicious mischief at 10:26 a.m. in the 10900 block of 156th Place Northeast after he damaged his wife’s computer during a verbal argument with her at their home.

DUI arrest: Redmond police arrested a driver for DUI following a three-car traffic collision at 6:44 p.m. at the intersection of 180th Avenue Northeast and Northeast 68th Street. One of the drivers suffered a minor injury.

Theft: Redmond police took a theft report at 1:46 p.m. in the 7200 block of Old Redmond Road. The victim had set her cell phone down at a garage sale, and when she went to retrieve it, she discovered it had been stolen.

Shoplifting attempt: Redmond police took an attempted-shoplifting report at 2:38 a.m. in the 15000 block of Northeast 24th Street. A young male attempted to steal 12 cases of beer and wasn’t caught. The investigation continues.

Thursday, June 25

Theft: Redmond police took a report of a theft from a motor vehicle at 4 p.m. in a business parking lot in the 17600 block of Union Hill Road. A $350 GPS was stolen during a window-smash car prowl.

Assault: Redmond police took an assault report at 11:28 a.m. at a retirement home in the 10900 block of 176th Circle Northeast. One elderly patient struck another elderly patient in the arm. Medical aid was declined and no prosecution was desired.

Vandalism: Redmond police took a vandalism report at 8:34 a.m. in the 17200 block of Northeast 104th Street. Unknown suspect(s) caused $400 damage to the outfield fencing at the Hartman Park softball fields.

Theft: Redmond police took a report of a theft of a motor vehicle at 7:49 a.m. in the 6600 block of 147th Court Northeast. Unknown suspect(s) stole a Silver 2012 Toyota Camry parked in the driveway.
