The City of Redmond continues to embrace new technologies and process improvements. Beginning Sept. 15, Redmond business owners will be able to complete license applications and renewals online.

The city already offers online permitting and utility bill paying. Enabling businesses to apply and renew for licenses online will significantly streamline the licensing process and is another step toward improving customer service and creating a more convenient and accessible “virtual city hall” for the community.

Business owners who will be applying for new licenses are encouraged to register in the new system beginning Sept. 15. Business owners who are renewing or correcting existing license information will be sent registration information in the next few weeks.
