Programs could include but are not limited to the areas of arts, dance, drama, outdoor education, science, special interest, sports and technology.

Redmond’s summer day camp programs follow the Lake Washington School District calendar and usually start the last full week of June and run through the end of August. Camps occur in half-day (9 a.m. to noon or 1-4 p.m.) or full-day (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) sections, with options for before and after care. Camps primarily take place at the Old Redmond Schoolhouse Community Center, Anderson Park cabins and various parks within the city limits.

Proposals are currently being accepted from new and existing contractors at www.redmond.gov/SummerCampRFPs.

To be considered for the summer of 2016, all proposals must be submitted before Jan. 4, 2016, at noon.
