AegisLiving, a national leader in retirement and assisted living, has organized the first annual Aegis and Seniors Baby Clothing and Food Drive.
Donations will be collected for Eastside Baby Corner (EBC), a non-profit organization started in 1990. It collects donations of food, clothing, and baby items for children from birth to age 12.
Bring donations to any AegisLiving location on Thursday, Dec. 11th from 7 a.m.-6 p.m. The Redmond location is 7480 W. Lake Sammamish Parkway NE.
The Top 10 Most Wanted donation items include:
• Long pants for boys and girls, sizes 3-8
• Sweat pants and sweat shirts, sizes 3-10
• Tennis shoes in all sizes
• Socks & underwear for boys and girls, sizes 4-14
• Warm coats, gloves and mittens for boys and girls, sizes 3-14
• Pram suits & infant sweaters
• Blanket sleepers size 3-6 and 9 months
• Avent, Dr. Brown and Playtex baby bottle nipples, size 1, and bottle liners
• Formula (powdered Similac, Isomil, & Goodstart)
(Goodstart-milk based only)
• Cash donations of any amount.
Items that EBC is unable to accept include: toys larger than 11-by-17 inches, basketball hoops, art desks, tool benches, stuffed animals larger than 12 inches, large easels, train tables, toys for kids older than eight years, walkers with wheels, car seats manufactured prior to eight years from today’s date, used nipples and pacifiers, outdoor toys and children’s clothing larger than size 14.
