Attendees at the Redmond firefighters Derby Days breakfast raised more than $8,000 for the Redmond Firefighters Benevolent Fund. The fund supports families in need and with the donations, they can continue that support. More than 1,600 people were served fresh pancakes, sausage, juice and coffee. Last Saturday’s pancake breakfast was made possible by donations from Costco and Rivertrail Roasters, who donated more than 1,000 cups of coffee.
