22 Evergreen physicians named to Seattle Met’s ‘Top Doctors 2012’ list

Seattle Met magazine named 22 physicians within the EvergreenHealth network, which includes Redmond, to the publication's "Top Doctors 2012" list that honors the top-performing practitioners in the Puget Sound region.

Seattle Met magazine named 22 physicians within the EvergreenHealth network, which includes Redmond, to the publication’s “Top Doctors 2012” list that honors the top-performing practitioners in the Puget Sound region.

Each year, Seattle Met publishes the results of its annual survey that evaluates more than 4,000 practitioners in the Seattle metropolitan area and highlights the top 5 percent of doctors across a range of fields and specialties.

“We are so proud of all of the exemplary doctors in the EvergreenHealth network and today we’re happy to recognize the accomplishments of our 2012 Top Docs,” said EvergreenHealth Chief Executive Officer Bob Malte in a press release. “Thanks to them and the other physicians on our medical staff, EvergreenHealth is nationally recognized by HealthGrades for our clinical outcomes and patient experience, and recently by Consumer Reports for our safety.”

Seattle Met partners with Avvo.com, a Seattle-based physician-rating website that ranks health care providers based on training, fellowships, hospital privileges and awards and also by peer endorsements submitted on the Avvo.com site.
