Redmond Zucchini 500 promises fun for kids

The Redmond Zucchini 500 is scheduled from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, August 14 at the Redmond Saturday Market, 7730 Leary Way NE. Kids can come to the market a build a race car out of vegetables. Participants must sign up at the market's information desk to reserve a space before the race day. Entry is free and all materials will be provided.
