Learn how to make time for joy in your life at Evergreen Healthcare’s Weekend Wellness seminar from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. Saturday Jan. 30 at the Heathman Hotel, 220 Kirkland Ave. in Kirkland.

The seminar, part of a series sponsored by Evergreen Hospital Medical Center and the Heathman, includes features presentations, breakout sessions, lunch and snacks.

Monique Giroux, MD and medical director of the Booth Gardner Parkinson’s Care Center in the Evergreen Neuroscience Institute will talk about defining your wellness. Donna Oiland from Evergreen’s Spiritual Care Department will be the other keynote speaker. Oiland, a humorist, co-wrote the book “Creating a Legacy.”
