In regards to the article about the brawl between the Redmond and Garfield boys’ basketball teams, the situation is not a system thing.
It is not a race thing.
It is a fan mental thing.
When a fan’s team loses a game he wishes it would win, he is humiliated. He feels that his team has been cheated and he has to strike out. This is evident from the professional level of all sports to the 8-year-old parks department games.
This problem will never go away. All we can hope for is having reactions controlled. All the fans can not be controlled all the time. So hope for the best.
