Tipsy Cow Burger Bar, located at 16345 Cleveland St. in downtown Redmond, will officially open Thursday at 11 a.m.
According to a previous report, Tipsy Cow is owned by Dave Zimmerman and Keith Mourer, who also own the upscale casual Brix Wine Cafe in Kirkland. The restaurant is located in the Elan luxury apartment building.
The new spot will be upscale casual and feature burgers with local and organic ingredients. The restaurant grinds its own “secret” blend of beef daily in their refrigerated grinding room, according to the report. The chef-designed burgers run from $8-$12. Buns are provided by Seattle’s Macrina Bakery will cushion the burgers together. Tipsy Cow will also feature 20 microbrews on tap and hand-dipped shakes, with alcohol and without the hard stuff.
