Matt’s Rotisserie and Oyster Lounge at Redmond Town Center will offer a special buffet menu (regular menu not available) from noon- 7 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 26.

Guests are encouraged to make reservations. Buffet prices are $29.95 for adults, $14.95 for kids under 11 and free for kids under 5.

The menu includes:

• Starters: Oysters on the half shell/Oysters Matt, antipasto, caprese, imported cheeses, deviled eggs.

• Salads: Caesar or seasonal green.

• Main Course Options: Prime Rib, Grilled Salmon with Herb Butter, Pork Loin, Turkey.

• Side Dishes: Yukon Gold Smashed Potatoes, Scalloped Potatoes, Traditional Stuffing, Oyster Cornbread Stuffing, Sausage and Apple Stuffing, Sweet/Yam Potato Casserole, Almond Green Bean Casserole, Roasted Butternut Squash, Vegetarian Lasagna, Cranberry Relish, Giblet Gravy, Rolls and Butter.
